About Wilder Greenwich

Wilder Greenwich is a community project set up in 2025 dedicated to bringing nature back to urban spaces across the Royal Borough of Greenwich, creating green havens for community and wildlife.

We want to achieve this through community-led micro-rewilding projects that improve under-used and neglected pockets of land for nature and for people. We are motivated by a shared love of the history and many open spaces in our part of London and a desire to make them more beautiful and biodiverse for current and future generations to enjoy.

We are a voluntary organisation and always welcome new members!
